Annotation

In this article, tribal communities are regarded as a social organization
and as a formal, given its characteristics, are considered objective and subjective indicators of the
state. And also to investigate social problems and prospects of tribal communities in the new industrial
development of South Yakutia. Developed guidelines for their further development.
